Jessica Sully

After completing her Honors Degree in Biotechnology – Genetic Engineering, Jess moved from South Africa to Perth. With a complete career change, her sales career began in the world of Recruitment, where she specialised in Digital Marketing and Technology. A couple of years into the role, she relocated to Sydney, and her passion for Technology led her to the role she is in now – Director of Sales at Gartner Inc.

The part of her job Jess loves the most is empowering her team to be successful, ensuring that everyone has an equal and fair opportunity to reach their potential and to celebrate success no matter how big or small the win is. Jess believes the key to success in any role is coachability, the willingness to take any opportunity presented to you, and the need to always be open-minded.

Outside of work, Jess is a wife and a mum to 2 beautiful children who keep her extremely busy; she is also an avid runner who is training to complete her first marathon. You will often find her and the family on the coast enjoying Perth sunshine and all its beautiful beaches.
